Diversified Telephone Services, Inc. was established in Sarasota, Florida, in 1984. Its primary goal was to provide the highest quality telecommunications products and service available, to meet all of its customers' communications needs.
In 1998 the company’s name was changed to Diversified Telecom Inc., to reflect an expanded range of capabilities. Its purpose has always been to provide the highest quality economical solutions to meet all the communications requirements a customer may have. In the past twenty-four years its customer base has grown to include small and large customers on a national level.
While centered in Florida's Tampa Bay/Sarasota-Manatee area Diversified Telecom has been involved in projects, both consulting and contracting, all over the continental U.S. Its reference list has grown to include national accounts, as well as local customers. Diversified Telecom’s customer base is as diverse as its range of services and includes banks, manufacturers, restaurants, law firms, as well as various healthcare and media organizations.
Diversified Telecom provides services including sales, system programming and installation, cable installation, consultation, vendor management, and support services on a contractual basis for clients nationwide. These services are available for a broad range of hardware and software products to fit whatever requirements are specified by the customer.
